Chiang Mai Wellbeing Social Enterprise operates under the following official licences and certifications:

Hotel and Health Spa Licence — obtained in 2021 following the success of the Reborn With Every Breath program, which integrated yoga principles and nutritional practices.

Certified Wellness Center Certificate — June 2023, issued by the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Ministry of Public Health, covering accommodation, spa, and dining facilities.

Social Enterprise Registration — December 1, 2023, officially sanctioned by the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion (OSEP) under the Social Enterprise Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Sustainable Tourism Certification — October 12, 2023, awarded the Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating at five stars by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). On December 25, 2023, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports named CMWSE among 11 exemplary health tourism establishments nationwide.
